We are looking to fulfil various roles in the company to deliver projects nationwide:
General Operatives - with Tractor driving. No experience necessary, training provided.
Due to the nature of the business long hours are worked - often 12 hour days from 6am -6pm, however this could vary based on job location and workload. We do stay away on projects this is a mandatory requirement. We offer flexibility when staying away and will try and implement a rota or provide a mix of local and staying away work, however this is not guaranteed.
We work Saturday's when busy, predominately between August - November, generally a 6-3pm shift will be worked on a Saturday.
No experience in Agriculture or Civils is required, however a keen eye for quality and a good work ethic is required.
Training provided - NPORS/CPCS standard. Driving Licence required
Temporary contract with a possibility for the right candidate could become permanent.
Pay is hourly, with an extra performance based bonus scheme, weekly pay.
