The Role
You’ll be involved in a mix of workshop and on-site work, including:
- Preparing and refurbishing temporary kitchen units
- Installing and dismantling units on client sites
- Fitting panels, partitions, and internal components
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
- Supporting deliveries, collections, and project setup
This is a varied, physical role where no two days are the same.
What You Must Have
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Some practical or hands-on work experience (e.g. construction, maintenance, fitting, mechanical work, or similar)
- Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Ideal Backgrounds (but not essential)
- Trade assistant / improver
- Property maintenance / handyman work
- Shop fitting / installations
- Mechanical or fabrication work
- Construction site experience
This Role May NOT Suit
- Candidates with only retail or warehouse experience
- Those without any hands-on or tool-based experience

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
(Unpaid lunch break plus two tea breaks)
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on site work.
