Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re expanding our Cardiff-based team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to represent a range of client campaigns.
This is a self-employed, field-based opportunity where you’ll represent clients through face-to-face, door-to-door customer interactions in residential areas across Cardiff and the surrounding region.
What You’ll Do
- Represent a range of client campaigns through face-to-face interactions with customers in residential areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service while building positive customer relationships.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Attend daily training, coaching, and team meetings at our Cardiff office before travelling to assigned territories.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday).
