Brand Ambassador

About the Role
We’re looking for confident, ambitious, and people-focused individuals to join our growing team as Brand Ambassadors.
This is a face-to-face customer acquisition and brand promotion role where you’ll represent nationally recognised brands, engage with customers, and help drive awareness through professional in-person interactions. If you’re motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and want to build valuable communication and leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity.
No previous experience is required—we provide full product and sales training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Educate customers about products and services while answering questions confidently.
- Create a positive brand experience that encourages customer engagement.
- Work closely with your team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Attend daily training sessions and development workshops.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence speaking with people from all backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
