We are seeking a proactive and confident individual to join our Commercial Property team based in Glasgow, you will play a key role in enhancing our client service experience.
Responsibilities:
Processing contractor invoices via Microsoft Excel
Preparing correspondence and letters and send these to customer/management via Microsoft Outlook
Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries from customers, triage calls where appropriate to allow management to handle any urgent requirements
Become a CPL Property Management System superuser. This involves correctly updating and saving new customer information or queries
Data entry and processing via Microsoft Excel and CPL internal system
Collating information for colleagues and clients using Microsoft word, pulling information from the CPL management system

Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication abilities
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Microsoft Packages
