Position: Prep Chef
Location: Horsley Brae Overtown ML2 0RR
Hours: Part-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 93.5 hours over a 4 week cycle
3 Weeks - 3 days (including weekends) 1 Week - 2 days

Role and Responsibilities:
- Food preparation & working at Salad bar making sandwiches, toasties & Panini's
- Thrive under pressure, ensuring smooth service operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work extra hours or additional days on occasion.
- Possess and maintain relevant catering qualifications, including a current hygiene certificate.
- Familiar with HACCP and health & safety systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Prep Chef.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Dedication to upholding food safety standards.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
