What You'll Bring
You are an experienced professional with experience managing complex operational processes and delivering sound insights from complex analysis. You have some experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. We are looking for an analytically curious individual who can work collaboratively and clearly communicate with senior stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency; hands-on experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, SQL).
Who You'll Work With
You will work directly with the MDP evaluation team, led by Marie Solem, Meredith Herbert and Neha Kalra. You will be part of the broader PSG team, led by Amy Glass and Ben Holden. You will engage with others in PSG, as well as the Client Team, Commercial Finance, and Practice Areas, each of whom has specific expertise and are critical stakeholders to running and evolving MDP evaluation and compensation approaches. You will work with senior stakeholders across functions to help ensure operations are executed accurately, transparently, and effectively while contributing to the continuous improvement of firm processes.
