We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 8 cleaners, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of cleaning operations. The role will also include maintaining and cleaning an assigned area alongside supervisory duties.

- 25 hours per week
- 5pm - 10pm (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 8 cleaners
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
- Carry out regular quality checks and inspections
- Manage staff rotas and daily task allocation
- Maintain and clean an allocated area as part of daily duties
- Provide training and guidance where required
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Report any issues or supply shortages to management
- Be a key point of contact between the cleaning team and the client
- Complete daily site reports
- Respond to and update tickets raised with cleaning issues/requests
- Respond to emails and client requests
Requirements
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
- Good attention to detail
Pay: £15.53 per hour
