As a Lead Generation Agent you will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients with regards to private medical insurance with a view to transfer the client to our broker team
We actively promote lead gen agents into the sales team if they are competent and have the motivation to move into a broker role for the right people
A strong work ethic, ability to adapt to a wide variety of clients and resilient mindset are key to the role
Previous cold calling experience is desired, but not essential as full training will be given
Working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
