Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing wooden windows and doors to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood materials.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably in window and door manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
- Proficient in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as a Planer and Spindle Moulder.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
