Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-disciplinary property services provider delivering a complete range of maintenance, compliance, installation, and facilities management solutions across both residential and commercial environments. Acting as a true "one-stop shop," their specialist divisions span Heating & Plumbing, Electrical Services, Fire & Security, and Renewables (including Solar PV & Battery Storage).

Due to continued growth in their Electrical and Renewable Energy divisions, they are now looking to add a skilled and motivated Electrician to their close-knit team.
The Role & Reporting Structure
Reporting directly to the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the business's expansion. You will work closely with Project Surveyors and other engineering disciplines across the company to deliver seamless, high-quality property services.
Key Responsibilities
- Installations & Maintenance: Undertake electrical installations, routine maintenance, and reactive repairs.
- Compliance & Testing: Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), fault finding, diagnostics, and PAT testing.
- Remedials: Complete consumer unit replacements and necessary remedial works.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate job records, certification, and testing documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal plumbing, heating, renewables, and facilities management teams to ensure an efficient service for clients.
What You’ll Need
Essential Criteria:
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification.
- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and completing EICRs.
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Criteria:
- IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
- Experience working within commercial properties, schools, healthcare, or public sector environments.
- Experience or interest in supporting Solar PV and renewable energy installations.
