About the Role:
We have several exciting opportunities for HGV Class 1 Non-ADR Tanker Drivers to work on an ongoing basis for United Utilities, the company which keeps the taps flowing and the toilets flushing for 7 million homes and 200,000 businesses across the North West.
The role is basically driving a Class 1 articulated tanker filled with water from A to B with no loading/unloading involved. You will do shifts in depot on some days and some days on standby relief at home days 06:00am - 14:00pm and you might be called out at any point between these times. We will need a bit of flexibility on these occasions.
Standby Rates:
You will receive a standby retainer normal rate £97.68 special Christmas retainer for special days is £195.63! If called out you will also receive an hourly rate plus retainer payment! No breaks will be deducted, plus you will accrue an extremely generous amount of holiday pay.
