Salary: £14 - £16 per hour (subject to skills & experience)
Hours: Full-Time (30 – 37 hours per week)

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our expanding commercial cleaning business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cleaning experience who enjoys leading by example, supporting a team, and delivering outstanding service to our clients. You'll oversee multiple commercial sites, ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, and provide holiday and sickness cover when required.
As part of the role, you'll receive a company vehicle, giving you the flexibility to travel between sites and support our teams across the region.
Your Responsibilities

Provide cleaning cover across multiple client sites as required.

Respond to short-notice staff absences and operational requirements.

Maintain consistently high cleaning standards and company procedures.

Organise schedules and allocate tasks effectively to team members.

Carry out quality inspections and identify areas for improvement.

Support the induction and training of new cleaning staff.

Act as a key point of contact for cleaners when management is unavailable.

Report client concerns, site issues, and staffing requirements promptly.

Monitor team attendance and clocking in/out through the company app.

Help ensure all sites remain operational, compliant, and service standards are met.

Lock and secure facilities following cleaning duties where applicable.
What We're Looking For

Previous commercial cleaning experience.

Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A positive, proactive attitude with strong leadership skills.

High attention to detail.

Ability to motivate and support others.

Flexible approach to working hours and locations.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
