An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Wolverhampton. The role:
- Offer effective leadership and guidance to your staff team, enabling them to deliver therapeutic, person-centred care that supports improved outcomes.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Manage all aspects of the home’s operations and care provision, promoting a high-performance culture grounded in compassion and accountability.
- Maintain compliance and readiness for Ofsted inspections, aiming for consistent ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality and service standards.
About you:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position within a children’s residential setting.
- Experience supporting children with emotional and challenging behaviour.
- Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent, and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes regulations and the Ofsted framework.
- Full UK driving licence.
What’s on offer:
- Salary of £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
