Role Description
This is a full-time job for an Architectural Surveyor. The Architectural Surveyor will be responsible for conducting architectural site surveys. Daily tasks will include surveying the property, taking measurements and pictures of the site, as well as potentially drawing the plans into Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, collaborating with architects, and ensuring that projects meet technical standards and regulations. The role also requires coordinating with the architects to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
- MUST live in Watford, Romford, North West London Area
- Proficiency in taking measurements and pictures of the sites
- Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture
- Experience with Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings
- Skilled in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field is preferred
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
