Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse team and work alongside the current management team. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse leadership experience who enjoys supporting others, leading by example, and helping create a positive and productive working environment.
Key Duties
- Support daily warehouse operations including goods in, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stock replenishment
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve daily targets in a positive and respectful manner
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Promote a strong team culture built on communication, cooperation, and mutual respect
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised warehouse environment at all times
- Support training, coaching, and development of warehouse team members
- Assist management with performance monitoring and continuous improvement
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
- Support wider warehouse operations and step into management duties when required
- Ensure staff are distributed evenly across warehouse tasks and workloads
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience in a picking & packing environment (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A positive, approachable leadership style with the ability to motivate others
- Forklift license preferred but not essential – training can be provided for the right candidate
- Basic IT skills for stock control and order processing
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Working Hours
Shift pattern:
Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Week 2: 11:00am – 8:00pm
Alternate weekends required ( two days of in the week when working weekends)
