Responsibilities
- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are correctly placed and fully replenished throughout the store
- Organize merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and promote featured products
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report low stock levels to management
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of shelves, aisles, and storage areas
- Assist with product rotations and ensure expiry dates are monitored for perishable items
- Support the implementation of promotional displays and seasonal setups
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail or related environments
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating attractive signage or displays (nice-to-have)
- Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customers (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Previous administrative experience to handle inventory records and documentation accurately
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product presentation and store layout
