Bolero Bar and Kitchen is an exciting independent venue in Worcester offering quality casual dining. We are looking to recruit talented chefs to join our kitchen team.
We have an excellent reputation as a premium bar and restaurant and we are one of the top venues of choice in the area. For us it’s all about serving fresh, high quality food extremely well.
We are looking for highly skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food, have the ability to come up with new ideas and design and develop dishes and are able to work to a high standard under pressure. As key members of the team, you will be responsible for the quality and consistency of food, working with the kitchen team to develop a highly efficient kitchen, implementing effective kitchen controls and paperwork, and working to excellent standards of health and hygiene at all times.
Candidates must have a good knowledge of preparing and cooking fresh produce and be competent in all areas of the kitchen.
