We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Birmingham that is seeking enthusiastic and talented teachers to join their team from the start of the new academic year in September 2026.
The school is open to applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers and has opportunities available across all year groups from Reception through to Year 6.

The Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting or recognised teaching qualification with QTS
✅ Strong classroom management skills
✅ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
✅ A passion for education and supporting children's development
✅ The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
