Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, ensuring brand consistency across various retail locations, and providing exceptional customer service. The position involves travelling between stores, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with store staff to optimise product presentation.
Duties
- Organise and set up product displays in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring visual appeal and compliance with branding standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor display standards, replenish stock, and update promotional materials as required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively through excellent time management
- Maintain accurate records of store visits, merchandising activities, and stock levels using administrative tools
- Implement marketing campaigns and optimise product placement strategies.
- Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations whilst maintaining a professional appearance at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in merchandising is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Previous administrative experience related to stock management or reporting is advantageous
- Knowledge of merchandising principles
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines whilst travelling between multiple locations
- Valid driving licence preferred due to travel requirements; flexibility to work irregular hours may be necessary
Pay: £12.80 per hour
