Care Support Worker
Area: Scunthorpe DN17
Salary: Days £13.50, Waking Nights £14.00 & Sleep Nights £12.71
Hours: 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am
Shift Pattern: Mixture of day shifts, waking nights and sleep shifts

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to support a gentleman living independently in his own home following a spinal injury.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone’s life, supporting a highly creative individual who is a renowned mouth painting artist with a passion for rock music.
Full UK drivers licence is essential

What we are looking for in You:
- Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
- Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
- To work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
- Good time management & brilliant communicator
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care including washing, dressing & showering
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator
- Cough assist
- Intermittent oxygen
- Nutrition & hydration
- Catheter care
- Bowel management
- Medication
- Skin & pressure care
- Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
