We are a cosy Japanese restaurant in the city centre of Plymouth that prides itself on serving the highest quality authentic Japanese food.
We are seeking a hot kitchen cook who has a passion for ramen and various dishes, and is willing to learn Japanese cuisine.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. have prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
2. be able to work independently and ensuring both food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
3. have good knowledge on the different types of allergies and experience of using frying pan, deep fryer and handle raw ingredients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
