Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty treatments including massage, facials, waxing, gel nails, brows and pedicures tailored to each client’s needs
- Assist clients with personalised consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and beauty services
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment area following health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services
- Promote retail products effectively to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Ensure all treatments are performed with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail
Experience
- Proven experience as a level 3 Beauty Therapist
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to create a welcoming environment that makes clients feel valued and relaxed
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying current on industry trends
Additional qualifications and experience with Caci, Laser, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Non-Surgical Facials, LVL, HD Brows and Spray Tanning are welcomed but not essential for the right candidate.
