Job Overview
W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a range of construction projects, including more complex scaffolding structures, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Erect, alter, and dismantle complex scaffolding structures
- Read and work from scaffold drawings and specifications
- Ensure all scaffolding works comply with current regulations and safety standards
- Supervise and support scaffolding teams on site
- Carry out inspections and identify any safety concerns
- Liaise with site management and other trades when required
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety
Requirements
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong scaffolding industry experience
- Good knowledge of TG20 and scaffolding regulations
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team
- Reliable, organised, and safety conscious
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential)
