Infinity Medical Innovations (IMI) is a UK-based global manufacturer of dental materials and equipment — from dental chairs and restorative products to orthodontic solutions, lab products and consumables. We supply dental professionals worldwide through an international dealer network, and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a Clinical Affairs & Quality Assurance Executive to join us in a newly created role. This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who wants to step away from chairside practice without leaving dentistry behind — bringing your clinical knowledge into product development, quality assurance and customer training at a manufacturer shaping the future of dental care.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical input into product development and design review, making sure our equipment and materials genuinely work for practising dentists
- Own quality assurance processes across the business, supporting compliance with ISO 13485, UK MDR/UKCA and other medical device standards
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints, including root-cause analysis and corrective action
- Develop clinically accurate product literature, instructions for use, and training materials
- Manage quality improvement and clinical development projects from start to finish
- Act as a clinical point of contact for our dealer network and customers
- Support clinical training and education for customers and internal teams
What you'll bring
- A qualifying dental degree (BDS or equivalent) and clinical experience
- Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement or clinical governance
- Experience managing projects or initiatives through to completion
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Awareness of UK medical device regulations (UK MDR, EU MDR, ISO 13485)
- Experience with a dealer/distributor network or international customers
- Formal project management training (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
- Arabic language skills and/or experience working within the Middle East dental or healthcare market
What we offer
- Competitive salary depending on experience
- The chance to shape a brand-new role within a growing dental manufacturing business
- Direct exposure to product development, international markets and business leadership
- A collaborative team where clinical insight genuinely influences product decisions
