Job Description
QD Logistics Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of its warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, optimising inventory movement, and ensuring operational standards are consistently achieved. You will provide strong leadership to warehouse teams while implementing strategies that improve productivity, accuracy, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Lead warehouse supervisors and operational teams to achieve productivity, safety, and performance objectives.
- Develop processes that improve stock accuracy, workflow efficiency, and order fulfilment performance.
- Monitor operational reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with transport, procurement, customer service, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
- Oversee the effective use of warehouse management systems and technology solutions to improve operational visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, distribution centres, logistics teams, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, workforce planning, and operational optimisation.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking platforms, and performance reporting tools.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: £4,500.00-£6,500.00 per month
