Receptionist - Beauty Salon

The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to play a central role in the day-to-day running of the studio and the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will shape the experience of Pre- from the moment someone gets in touch to the moment they leave the studio. This role sits at the heart of the business, requiring a natural ability to make people feel welcome while maintaining a calm, polished and highly organised front of house operation.
You will oversee bookings and client communications, manage payments and enquiries, support treatment and membership recommendations, and ensure the studio runs seamlessly throughout the day. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, has a strong eye for detail and understands that outstanding service is built through consistency, care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Engagement
- Serve as a main point of contact for all Pre- members, providing attentive, tailored service that reflects our values.
- Manage day-to-day communication via phone, email, and in-person visits in a thoughtful and efficient manner.
- Build friendly relationships with members and understanding their skincare goals and preferences to support their experience.
Studio Operations
- Support the front-of-house experience, helping maintain a calm, welcoming, and refined environment.
- Assist in coordinating daily activities to help treatment schedules run smoothly.
- Relay member preferences to therapists and service teams to ensure personalised care.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the studio, treatment rooms, and lounge areas to our high standards.
- Gather member feedback and share observations with the Studio Manager to support service improvements.
About You
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in receptionist, hospitality, luxury retail, membership clubs or beauty/wellness environments.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Organisation: Strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Initiative: Proactive and attentive with a passion for delivering great service.
- Empathy: Enjoys connecting with people and values thoughtful details.
- Team Spirit: Collaborative, positive, and dependable in a team setting.
