Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £29,444 basic salary plus bonus up to £3,300
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings 9:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis)

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for parts enquiries, helping customers and colleagues source the right parts while delivering a premium level of service.
- Handle parts enquiries from customers and internal departments.
- Identify and supply the correct parts quickly and accurately.
- Process orders, invoices, and stock requests efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on order progress and availability.
- Promote additional parts and accessories where appropriate.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Lamborghini brand.
- Previous automotive parts experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload.
- Confident using computer systems and dealer management software.
- A passion for the automotive industry and premium customer experiences.
