Residential Property Associate (5+ PQE)

An established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking for an ambitious Residential Property Associate to join its growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional with 5+ years' PQE who enjoys managing high-quality residential property work, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages and transfers of equity
New build transactions
Bridging and secured lending matters
Working within a supportive, partner-led team, you'll provide practical, commercially focused advice while delivering an exceptional client experience.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 5+ years' residential property experience
Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational abilities
A client following would be advantageous
