We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, servicing customers across the South West.
In this role, you will be responsible for sanitising and maintaining bottled water coolers and mains-fed water coolers at our customers' premises. You will also install new equipment for both new and existing customers, ensuring a professional and high-quality service at every visit.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, a basic understanding of plumbing would be an advantage, particularly when working with mains-fed water coolers.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and build a long-term career within the hydration industry. You will receive hands-on training in plumbing, filtration systems and fault finding, as well as the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications through the Water Dispenser & Hydration Association (WHA).
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence (minor penalty points will be considered).
- Be reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Have a strong awareness of hygiene and attention to detail.
- Be a logical thinker with good practical problem-solving skills.
- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Have a polite, professional and well-presented manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Be able to work well under pressure and manage their workload effectively.
