About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistants to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our 51 guest bedrooms, suites, and public lounge areas are cleaned and presented to impeccable standards, creating a perfect first impression for arriving guests.
Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitise guest bedrooms and bathrooms, including changing linens and making beds.
Public Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of the lounges, corridors, reception, and public restrooms.
Stocking: Replenish in-room amenities like tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and fresh towels.
Reporting: Report any room maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or lost property immediately to management.
Efficiency: Complete assigned room allocations within scheduled times without compromising on quality.
About You
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene standards.
Physical Fitness: Comfort with an active, fast-paced role that involves lifting, bending, and being on your feet.
Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently both alone and as part of a team.
Experience: Previous hotel cleaning or commercial housekeeping experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Pay: From £13.71 per hour
