Job Summary
Clydesdale Afterschool Care provides high quality, child centred out of school care for children across North Lanarkshire. We are looking for an experiences, motivated and inspiring afterschool care manager to lead our team and ensure the higheststandards of care, play and learning.
As manager you will oversea the day to day running of our afterschool and holiday club service, ensuring full compliance with the Care Inspectorate, Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC), health and Social Care standards and all relevant Scottish legislation and guidelines.
you will lead and support your team to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
lead the day to day management of the service.
Ensure compliance with all Care Inspectorate regulations and health and social care standards.
Support, supervise and develop staff team.
Manage staffing, rotas and recruitment.
Promote high quality child led play opportunities.
Ensure children's well being, safety and including remain at the centre of the service.
build positive relationships with children, families, schools and partner agencies.
Maintain accurate records, policies, risk assessments and quality assurance documentation.
lead self evaluation and continuous improvement.
manage budgets and resources effectively.
prepare for Care inspectorate inspections and ensure on going compliance
Pay: £24,109.09-£74,254.91 per year
