The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis. The role is suited to a refined professional with a strong luxury background, capable of contributing to the long-term commercial development of the boutique in London and the wider UK market.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fine jewellery, sensitive to design and craftsmanship, and confident in building lasting relationships with a high-end international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with the Maison’s positioning and values
- Present fine jewellery and high jewellery creations with confidence, storytelling, and attention to detail
- Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales objectives
Client Development
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up, and clienteling
- Develop long-term relationships with local and international clients
- Leverage CRM tools to support loyalty, retention, and repeat business
Business Development
- Cultivate relationships with personal shoppers and key luxury stakeholders
- Contribute to the commercial growth and visibility of the boutique
Location Operations
- Support the daily operational excellence of the boutique
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, organisation, and brand representation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless client journey
Profile
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery, high jewellery, or a comparable luxury sector
- Strong commercial awareness with a client-centric mindset
- Confident, polished, and service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-focused, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a high-performance luxury environment
- Fluency in English is essential
- Additional language Chinese (Mandarin) strong advantage
- Additional language Arabic strong advantage
- Previous experience in jewellery is an advantage, but not mandatory
