Job Title: Social Media Coordinator
Luxury London Hotel Collection | Group Role | Based in London
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our distinguished collection of 4–5 star London hotels on a full-time basis and working on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms, helping to grow brand awareness, increase guest engagement, and drive bookings.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Director, offering autonomy, visibility and the opportunity to influence digital growth across a multi-property luxury portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the hotel's marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the hotel's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including photography, video, reels, stories, and TikTok videos showcasing the hotel's facilities, events, food and beverage offerings, and guest experiences.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
- Capture and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with hotel departments to promote events, offers, seasonal campaigns, and special occasions.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and local partners to increase brand visibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support paid social media campaigns where required.
About You
- Previous experience in a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar digital marketing role.
- Experience within the hospitality, hotel, leisure, or food and beverage sector is highly desirable.
- Proven experience creating content and managing campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, including knowledge of trends, editing tools, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Photography and videography skills with experience using content creation and editing software.
- Flexible approach to occasional evening or weekend content capture during events.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience working with influencers and user-generated content campaigns.
