Internal Sales Position office-based Erdington Birmingham.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal sales person to join our team. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales office by managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
What you'll be Learning :
- Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability
- Open and develop new accounts with a focus on profitable growth
- Engage with customers via phone to process orders accurately using our CRM system
- Provide quotes and maximise add-on sales opportunities
- Proactively contact Dormant and potential new customers to generate sales
- Work closely with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support credit control and other internal departments as required
- Assist on the trade counter when needed
- Promote the full range of products across the group
Experience :

Renumeration:
Salary Position.
21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. Company shut down during Christmas period
