The role [45 hour week including evenings & weekends]
* Motivate & develop the shop team, providing a great support for the General Manager
* Collaborate with your General Manager to drives sales & profitability
* Support your General Manager with their office responsibilities
* Ensure our standard operating procedures and Health & Safety polices are delivered effectively & consistently across each & every trading day
* Responsible for specific activities that support Head Office in their strategic planning process & execution of quarterly priorities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £31,590.00 per year
