Summary
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand person to the Directors, managing administrative responsibilities, supporting sales and finance activities, and helping coordinate internal and external events.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the Directors’ email inboxes, prioritising correspondence and responding where appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and documentation where required.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary.
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for key clients, suppliers and partners.
Credit Control
- Monitor outstanding customer invoices and proactively manage debtor balances.
- Issue payment reminders and liaise with customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Work alongside the finance team to maintain healthy cash flow and accurate records.
- Escalate issues where necessary to the Directors.
Internal Sales Support & Quoting
- Prepare and issue customer quotations for existing and prospective clients.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability information.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, professional and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Maintain quotation records and support the sales process through to order placement.
Event Organisation & Attendance
- Organise company events, customer events and networking activities.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, invitations and logistics.
- Attend events as required to support the Directors and represent Fifteen Group professionally.
- Assist with marketing collateral and event preparation.
General Business Support
- Support internal projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Assist with document preparation, reporting and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Provide additional administrative support across the wider business when required.
About You
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Business Support professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will possess:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Previous experience in credit control, administration or sales support would be advantageous.
- Experience within an IT, telecoms or professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Pay Shown is Pro-Rata amount calculated based on 30 Hour Working Week over 42 Working Weeks, the equivalent effective full time pay would be circa £44,000 per annum.
Pay: £29,785.00 per year
