We are proud to be exclusively working with a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, who are seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Consultant, to join their dynamic team. Specialising in cutting-edge technologies from Microsoft, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics, Dataverse, and AI, our client is dedicated to enhancing business productivity and automation.
Responsibilities of the Senior Power Platform Consultant:
- Delivery of all assigned solutions from estimation through to code, bug fixing and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts and end-users, to understand requirements and define product features and functionalities.
- Utilise Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents, to design, develop and customise innovative solutions and products that meet business needs.
- Build and configure canvas apps, model-drive apps, automated workflows, reports, and dashboards using Power Platform tools, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Implement integrations with external systems and data sources to ensure efficient data exchange and enhance functionality of product.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions and products.
- Provide training to team members on Power Platform features and development, as well as best practice.
- Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Effectively conduct pre-sales to help build successful client journeys with the objective of long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements of the Power Platform Consultant:
- 4+ years of experience building and customising solutions using Microsoft Power Platform products.
- Proven track record building apps including Dynamics 365, automated workflows, reports and dashboards using Power Platform tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform; Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform are preferred but not essential
