We are looking for a confident and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team, supporting an individual with learning disabilities and mental health needs within a supported living environment.

About the Role
You will provide consistent, person-centred support within a single supported living service, helping to build trust, stability, and routine.
Your role will include:
- Supporting with daily routines and independent living skills
- Managing and responding to behaviours that may challenge in a calm and proactive way
- Encouraging engagement in activities and the community
- Providing emotional reassurance and building a positive, trusting relationship
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Working as part of a structured team to maintain a safe and consistent environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Calm, resilient, and confident in their approach
- Experienced in supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge preferred
- Able to follow behaviour support plans and work consistently as part of a team
- Patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships
- Flexible to work a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A full UK manual driving licence is preferred.
