Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: London, NW4
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Days: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 06:00am - 08:00am
We are looking for a reliable and thorough Cleaning Operative to join our team at a care home setting. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents and staff in line with infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning bathrooms, communal areas, lounge, and kitchen
- Regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces
- Replenishing cleaning supplies
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (care home experience desirable)
- Attention to detail and understanding of hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
- A valid Enhanced DBS for the adult workforce
