As a Bookings Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers arranging service, repair and MOT appointments. Handling enquiries via telephone and email, you will deliver a professional and efficient booking experience while ensuring outstanding levels of customer service.
Working as part of a busy team, you will coordinate workshop bookings, provide customers with accurate information, and build positive relationships through every interaction. You will be organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, helping to support the smooth operation of our Aftersales department.

Previous experience in a customer service, bookings or contact centre role.
