ROLE: Cluster Facilities Manager
LOCATION: Jersey - Broad Street & St Brelade | Guernsey - St Peter Port, Smith Street & St Sampson Branch

We're looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to support the strategic and operational management of hard and soft facilities services across multiple branch locations, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the delivery of hard FM services, including Mechanical & Electrical systems, HVAC, power, lighting, fire systems, lifts, building fabric and cooling tower management.
Manage soft FM service delivery, including cleaning, waste management and internal and external planting maintenance.
Provide day-to-day leadership to facilities teams, suppliers and specialist contractors, driving a high-performance and safety-focused culture.
Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements, including fire safety, water hygiene, electrical safety and wider H&S legislation.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, occupiers and senior leadership, acting as the key point of contact for facilities operations.
Monitor service performance against FM contracts, SLAs and KPIs, supporting cost control, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Significant experience within Facilities Management, with responsibility for both hard and soft services.
Technical background with strong knowledge of building services, compliance requirements and facilities operations.
Proven operational leadership experience within a complex, multi-site or multi-location environment.
Strong understanding of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, supplier management and outsourced service provider performance.
IOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong financial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs and service performance.
