Amici is a well-established, much-loved Italian restaurant in the heart of Aigburth, known for exceptional food, great atmosphere and a loyal local following. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The Role
- Running your own section during service
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh food
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Good time management and attention to detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude
