This is more than moving stock from A to B.
It is about making sure goods are received, stored, handled, picked, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. Every scan, lift, check, and stock movement helps keep our operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative at ATL, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Receiving, checking, and putting away goods accurately

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely around the warehouse

Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck in line with site procedures

Using warehouse systems, scanners, and documentation accurately

Supporting stock control and ensuring products are stored correctly

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Working closely with your team to meet daily operational targets

Following all health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone practical, dependable, and switched on. You will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and able to maintain accuracy even when the pace picks up.
You will bring steady hands, sharp eyes, and a team-first mindset.
Essential Requirements
External and in-date Counterbalance forklift truck licence
Proven warehouse experience
Own transport, due to site location and no public transport access
Flexibility and a proactive approach to shift work
Strong attention to detail
A clear commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
Desirable Requirements
External and in-date VNA, Very Narrow Aisle, licence
GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
