Dream Community Personnel Limited is a domiciliary care agency looking for permanent carer workers to come and join their team to assist the elderly in the Hackney, Enfield, Haringey, Waltham Forest, Croydon, Bexleyheath, Welling, Erith, Belvedere, Thamesmead and Abbeywood communities. Domiciliary care worker role consists of carers visiting clients' home providing care.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients in the Hackney, Waltham Forest, Haringey areas with their daily living needs — helping them live independently, with dignity and respect.
Job Role Includes:
- Providing personal care and companionship
- Assisting with meals and medication
- Supporting mobility and daily routines
- Promoting independence and well-being
- Light household duties where needed
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations related to clients' conditions.
- Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities and outings.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients by maintaining a clean and organised living space.

You Must Have:
- A caring, patient and reliable nature
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous care experience (preferred but not essential – training provided)
- Willingness to travel around Hackney
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Empathy and patience to understand the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in various situations.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to care work is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
