The Researcher Developer (Research Staff) role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high impact and well-respected Researcher Development and Culture team, which serves the needs of the whole University from postdocs through to principal investigators.
You will plan, design and deliver strategic development opportunities for research staff across the University, working to agreed priorities that have the research staff experience at their core. Through a constant focus on the quality of the Academy’s Researcher Development and Culture offer, you will develop innovative learning interventions that provide inclusive opportunities for research staff to further develop their understanding, skills and approach. The role requires partnership working and strong communication across the institution, ensuring our development portfolio is responsive, targeted and effective. You will develop blended solutions, hybrid practices, direct delivery, commissioning and the use of other development tools and techniques as required to ensure the impact of our work.
As a member of the Researcher Development and Culture team within the Academy, you will bring energy, enthusiasm and a constant focus on excellence to our work, supporting and motivating research staff to enhance their knowledge, skills and practice.
