We're looking for a creative, outgoing Content Creator to help tell the story of our independent coffee shops.
This role is about creating authentic, beautiful content that reflects who we are, our people, our food, our coffee and our community.
You'll spend time across our cafés capturing everyday moments, photographing new menu items, filming behind the scenes, and helping us to stay connected with our current guests and hopefully engage new people to come down.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating high-quality photo and video content.
- Is confident using a camera and editing content for social media.
- Understands hospitality and genuinely enjoys café culture.
- Is outgoing and comfortable chatting to staff and customers.
- Has a great eye for detail, lighting and storytelling.
- Can work independently and bring fresh creative ideas.
- Understands Instagram and knows how to create content that feels authentic rather than overly promotional.
Your Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo and video content across our 3 cafés.
- Produce content for Instagram (posts, Reels and Stories).
- Capture seasonal menus, drinks, bakery products and events.
- Showcase our team, customers and day-to-day café life.
- Build a library of high-quality brand photography and video.
- Work closely with the owners to develop our visual identity and content strategy.
Hours
Part-time (approximately 1–2 days per week), with flexibility around when content is captured. This has potential to grow into a full-time role in the near future if successful.
What We're Looking For
We're much more interested in creativity, personality and an understanding of hospitality than someone who simply follows social media trends.

Pay: £175.00-£240.00 per week
