Job Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Operating pot-washing machinery, sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of kitchen waste.
- Keep kitchen work areas tidy, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift.
- Assist the kitchen team in receiving deliveries and storage of food items.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, a similar role, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
- Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
