The Opportunity
This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you:
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
- Conducting viewings and negotiating lets
- Supporting with rental valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and helping grow the portfolio
- Delivering a first-class level of customer service
- Building long-term relationships with landlords and applicants
Who We’re Looking For
We would love to speak to:
- Someone with lettings experience (essential)
- Exposure to rental valuations OR a strong desire to move into a valuing role
- A driven, target-focused and career-hungry individual
- A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
- A team player with a proactive approach
