Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organisation. We run six install teams across the country daily and the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of installation projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, schedules, and any changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of materials used and hours worked.
- Recruiting team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation management or a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
